If you have already read the post of my earlier outfit which is a maxi dress from Forever New’s Petite Collection, this jumpsuit is the other one that i bought. Unlike the maxi dress, jumpsuit I did try at the store but didn’t buy as I was unable to fit in. I used to be size 4 and here i was unable to get in a size 6 jumpsuit. Even that hurt a lot as it had been a month n a half post delivery but i still looked 5 months pregnant! For another one month I couldn’t get this jumpsuit outta my head and then finally for my mental peace, which is of utmost importance to me since becoming a mother, I placed an order online.
Since this jumpsuit is from petite collection, it fits superbly at places it should. I mean it is well in proportions and doesn’t require any alterations except may be for length. The colour combination – mustard and white stripes is a must have for all. The jumpsuit has adjustable straps, a keyhole just above the waistline on the bodice, a removable fabric belt that can be self-tied and a zip at the back with hook &eye fastening. The fabric used is crepe lined with satin. The vertical stripes also give an illusion of a few more inches.
By the time I changed to jumpsuit from maxi for the shoot, my hair and skin had become really oily but who cared! I was happy that I could get a shoot done and it has been 3 months already since it happened and yeah, I did put on accessories this time.
I am happy to have both the outfits from Forever New’s Petite Collection. I only wish that the pricing was slightly less (you know the clothes at kids section are extremely low priced than adults, even if it is a faux leather biker jacket). Overall I am extremely satisfied as i dont have to compromise on the fitting.
