Winter season is here and I love soaking up the sun. These pictures were clicked during my winter break when sun came out shining brightly after a few extremely foggy days.
Petite friendly brands and petite sized clothes are hardly available in India and therefore I mostly buy from kid’s section for a perfect fit. This floral plush jersey sweatshirt is from Zara Girl, kids size 13-14. Continue reading “WINTER LAZY GIRL CASUAL OUTFIT & SNEAKERS WITH BOW”
Since the launch of the Korean brand Innisfree in India, I have become a regular consumer of their products. I am in love with their skin care range and currently using the third bottle of Innisfree Jeju Lava Seawater Essence. Let’s get back to sleeping packs. I had heard a lot about sleeping packs but never purchased any as I wasn’t sure whether they work. After having used 2 sample tubes of Innisfree Wine Jelly Sleeping Pack that I received with purchases made at Innisfree store, it became another staple in my night time routine. Matte lipsticks have always been my favourite as they make lips look elegant (this is what I feel), but they are not kind to my lips as they are extremely dry. Within few hours of wear, my lips dry out like anything and look weird. The only matte lipstick I have is MAC Lady Danger and believe you me, I never dared to buy any other matte lipstick after that. Lips tend to become dehydrated and chapped more quickly than the rest of our skin would as they don’t contain any oil glands like the rest of the skin does. My lips get dry and chapped even in the month of summer and I am always on the lookout for a lip balm that will magically make my lips into soft and supple. I had heard a lot about Burt’s Bees lip balms for their conditioning and repairing properties, but could never buy one as the brand was not available in India. Since the launch of Sephora, they are available at all the Sephora outlets in India. Continue reading “Burt’s Bees Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm with Kokum Butter”
Hydration has huge anti-ageing benefits down the road. Skin cells on a hydrated skin can rapidly repair themselves and turnover fresh cells. Our hands are exposed to many environmental changes and to keep them healthy and germ free, we wash them several times a day. It is a great way to keep the flu away but can also lead to dry hands. To keep my hands hydrated, I use Innisfree Peach Hand Cream. Continue reading “Innisfree Peach Hand Cream”
A UV Index reading of 6 to 7 means high risk of harm from unprotected sun exposure. The UV index reading in Delhi goes up to 11 during summer season and 9 during the monsoon season which can cause extreme damage to the skin. The best solution is to stay indoors to avoid the sun damage, but most of us go outdoors regularly and hence it is very important to apply a sunscreen on all the body parts exposed to the sun. Oiling and massaging hair regularly is very important. It not only stimulates hair growth and strengthens hair shaft but prevents dandruff and tackles pre-mature greying as well. I thought of giving a shot to Kama Ayurveda Bringadi Intensive Hair Treatment Oil as it claims to deliver all the benefits mentioned and many more.
